I let myself get behind again. Here's an update.

Believe it or not we did have a pretty busy summer. I have just not been in the mood to blog or take pictures. This is one of the few pictures that I took ant the Kartchner Family Reunion. It is of my two favorite people in Logan Canyon where we went to have a dutch oven dinner.

Jeremy worked a lot this summer and we ran out of time to do some of the activities we had planned for the summer. He finished his tests and has received his CDL. Unfortunately, after all of his work, he was still not able to get on full time for the county. He was informed a couple weeks ago that he will be laid off sometime in November because of budget problems. We feel fortunate that we know ahead of time so that he can start looking now. Our wonderful neighbor has a construction company and has told Jeremy that he should be able to keep him busy with some projects until he can find something else. We are so grateful to have the support of family friends and our ward. It looks like it will be a little bit longer before we can try for that little girl Jeremy wants.

On a happier note, it is FALL. I love this time of year, even with my fall allergies. The weather is getting colder and all of the changing leaves. I just love it. Even our itty bitty maple tree in our back yard is bright red. I also love fall activities. We went to a corn maze last weekend with my family. I actually got out my camera and took some pictures. It was a lot more fun than last years maze was. I think it was because the whole family was able to be there and not just me and my sisters with all of the kids. They also had a straw pyramid that you could climb through/up. The kids/Jeremy loved jumping off of it and on to mattresses. Then we went out for ice cream after.

Before we entered the maze

Jeremy pulled a face every
time I pointed the camera at him

Ah, so cute!

Carter would have stayed up here all
night if Jason would have let him.

Tried to catch a picture of him while Blake was on his
dad's shoulders but wasn't fast enough.
At least I did catch his cute face on the way down.

Look I'm there too!

Are we lost?

Nope, we made it! Celebrating on the straw pyramid!

Good Times!
